Walking

Today, it is another return to my blog. You can read the posts it’s been awhile yet, I come back again and again. There are promises of being consistent and this one is not different. Although, you only know when you have consistency when you look back and see how dependent and consistent you have become.

This week, I’ve been consistent in one thing: walking. I’ve been walking over 10,000 steps for five days straight. Whew! I’m feeling it with some soreness in my calves and legs. Today’s walk was on the Empire Trailways.

Will my walking consistency rub off with my writing?
