Body Control
Our bodies are complex muscle and bone structures, they can withstand large amounts of pain and provide a vast amount of strength. However, sleep is a vital part to our bodies and proper nutrition. Since I went back to Indiana a few weeks ago, I have felt off in my body. My sleep has been inconsistent at best and some nights ago, I could not fall asleep until 2:00am or 3:00am. Yesterday, my body took control and around 7:30pm and it sent me to sleep. A deep sleep, I woke up around 2:00am and could not return to sleep. While I was awake, I read pages in a book and went to the Hudson Walkway to get some exercise. Yet, I really needed that sleep and I am pleased my body took over and after a long day of work. I went to sleep. Does your body take control with the situation arises?
